Cancellation and Returns Policy:
At EB Collection, we strive to make sure you have the best experience while selecting and buying your favorite Indian and Pakistani Outfits.
To ensure this, we have a limited return policy, since all our dresses are made to order and custom tailored to the customer size and measurements, they are made specific for the customer. Due to the dress not be able to be sold to anyone else we do not accept any returns. For the customers convenience we offer a 24 hours order cancellation window in place.
Please note that any customized dresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (if a return is approved), as these items are specially designed for one particular customer.
However, we take measures to prevent the need for returns in the first place by ensuring that all dresses are made to fit perfectly based on the accurate measurements provided by our customers.
If you wish to request for a return with a valid reason, please contact our customer support numbers or email us at support@ebcollection.online. We ask that you contact us before opening a case with a payment processor such as PayPal, Stripe, as we strive to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. And doing so will not help you in your case.
To give consideration for your return request, we require your order number or proof of purchase. We value our customers and want to make sure that they are completely satisfied with their purchase, and we appreciate your understanding of our return policy.
We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Refunds policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order, or seek refunds, you do not face problems.
Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?
Yes, you can choose to cancel products, only if done within 24 hours of placing it. We will initiate 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail.
Why 24 Hour deadline?
As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, stitching, packaging, customizing and logistics start, and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases. In case a garment has to be readied, or customized, the process is already underway.
Could there be a delay at EB Collection because of “unforeseen circumstances”?
We try our best to assure that your ordered products are shipped out to you in the promised time, but at times there are chances of delay in processing due to unavailability of stock, or other unavoidable circumstances.
I missed adding a critical detail while placing the order. Possibility of correcting it?
No worries. Such situations are often encountered when customers forget to:
1. Update their complete shipping details;
2. Update measurement details;
You can always contact us to add your requirements. Also, we try and reach out to our esteemed customers via their registered e-mail address. In case of non-receipt of any response, we try and give them a call.
I received the order. But there’s an issue. Can I return my ordered items?
Yes you can. At EB Collection, we don’t believe in making customers, but strengthening our family with happy family members. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We take stringent measures to deliver Fashion Delight to our customers globally, in the best possible condition but there’s always a possibility that:
How soon should I get back to you?
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with regards to the product received as damaged, found with manufacturing defect, or any other issues. Also, in case of stitching customization requested or for plus sizes the return policy may not apply.
What will be my options if there was an error by EB Collection?
Please email us at support@ebcollection.online with details of your complaint and we will duly acknowledge the issue by communicating with you and would proceed with:
1. An item replacement, if available
2. A refund of order value if the item cannot be replaced
3. For all standard or custom stitched items such as salwar-kameez, only a full refund of the stitching cost of the order to your mode of payment.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ebcollection.online
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product
If you need to return your product and your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs and any taxes associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your package is delivered to us. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
