The model images are provided solely for reference purposes. When you receive your dress, it will be based on the fabric shown in the open fabric or stitched dress pictures complete with the specified color, embroidery, and all embellishments.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any complaints regarding damaged products, manufacturing defects, or any other issues. 

Additionally, please note that for major stitching customization requests or plus sizes, the return policy may not apply.

Additional charges may be applicable during the import of the item in your country, subject to the rules, regulations, and import duties of your respective nation. Please be aware that these charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping is free, but additional charges may apply for remote areas, which will be paid by the buyer. VAT, where applicable, is also the responsibility of the buyer.
